1. Accepting these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. There is no account to cancel and nothing to unsubscribe from.
2. What this site is
LandingPagePrompts is an independent, open study of prompt-driven web design. It publishes a library of prompts, the standalone demo page each prompt produced, and the automated test transcript that was recorded when the demo was built. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of the model providers, galleries or marketplaces named on it.
3. Licence — what you may do with the prompts
- Prompts and demo pages are released under the MIT licence unless a page states otherwise. You may copy, modify, redistribute and use them commercially, including inside client work, without attribution.
- The site's own source code is MIT licensed as well. See the MIT licence text.
- No warranty of fitness. A prompt is a description, not a guarantee. A model may produce something different today than it did when the transcript on this site was recorded — models change, and that is expected.
4. What the evidence does and does not prove
Every published verification transcript is the raw, unedited output of the harness that ran at build time, including the checks that failed. It proves what that harness observed in that browser, at that moment, on that machine. It does not prove that a prompt will work in every model, every browser or every future version, and it is not a promise of any particular outcome.
Where a prompt is published without a verification transcript, the page says so rather than implying otherwise. Read the how it works page for the exact method, and the verification report for the full results including failures.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attack, overload, scrape at a volume that degrades the service, or attempt to bypass its rate limits;
- use the prompt-request form to send spam, unlawful content, or another person's details without consent;
- misrepresent this library's evidence as your own verification, or claim that a transcript on this site certifies work you did not do;
- use the site in a way that breaks the law where you are.
The read-only JSON endpoints are explicitly open to automated clients — that is what they are for. The write endpoints are rate limited, and that is the only automation restriction.
6. Third-party content and takedown
Some prompts in the library are derived from publicly viewable component galleries and marketplaces, and each prompt page records its source URL so the provenance is visible. Where a third party holds rights in material reproduced here, that material remains theirs; the MIT licence above covers only the material this project authored.
If you own rights in something published here and want it corrected, attributed differently or removed, email hello@landingpageprompts.com with the URL. Verified requests are actioned promptly and without argument.
7. Availability and changes
The site is provided as-is, free of charge, with no service-level commitment. It may change, go offline, or drop prompts from the library at any time. These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page will change when they are.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LandingPagePrompts and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of any prompt published on it — including lost profits, lost work, or output produced by a third-party model. Because the service is free, total aggregate liability is limited to zero.
9. Privacy
What little data the site handles is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
