Data & Security

How is our data used for model training?

We do not use your proprietary data or end-user interactions to train foundational models. Your data remains isolated within your dedicated tenant.

Do you offer SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance?

We provide the necessary infrastructure controls and documentation to support your SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance efforts. Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are available on enterprise plans.

Integration & Deployment

Can we deploy your agents on our own cloud?

Self-hosted deployment is supported for enterprise customers. You can run our containerized agents within your own VPC or on-premise infrastructure.

What APIs and webhooks are supported?

We provide a REST API and an asynchronous webhook system for triggering workflows and receiving real-time agent execution events.

Performance & Scaling

How do you handle rate limits and concurrency?

Rate limits are dynamic based on your current service tier. Concurrency can be scaled horizontally by provisioning additional worker nodes during peak loads.

What models do you support out of the box?

Our platform is model-agnostic. You can connect to major providers via API keys, or route requests to your own fine-tuned open-source models.
